Matt Mead has spent the past 16+ years operating in strategy execution functions within Financial Services, in both business & technology units, on both the buy side and sell side, and in business build as well as business optimize roles.
A highly adaptable critical thinker and refiner of ideas, Matt has a demonstrable track record of utilizing technology to deliver business advantage.
Beyond strength in structuring and executing business plans, Matt has experience in SaaS / Cloud solutions, achieving scale, product & business development including sales channels, partners, & alliances, client management, as well as inorganic growth strategies. His last role within Citadel Investment Group was to help drive an IP commercialization opportunity as Head of Strategy & Execution for a start-up business, ‘Omnium’, that grew from an idea on a whiteboard to a business with ~70 clients across alternatives managers and asset owners, before being sold.
Matt’s goal after moving to NYC in 2013 is to collaborate with people on interesting ideas that leverage his diverse experiences to serve bottom line objectives and deliver enterprise value, whether as consultant, adviser and/or investor.
