Prior to joining Scout as a Venture Capital Fellow, Nate served for 5 years as a Ground Intelligence Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Nate is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics. Nate lives in Austin with his wife, Sarah and their golden retriever, Cali.  Nate will support various operations across the firm until beginning his MBA at the McCombs School of Business this summer.
